I don’t want to buy a new exhaust system or anything, I am wondering if I can do anything to the carb or air filter or anything else?

your asking the impossible when asking this question as there isn’t nothing you can do to it with out investing some $ $ $ in it. your best bet would be just to leave it alone (if it aint broken don’t fix it),besides there really isn’t going to be much of a performance gain even if you do buy after market performance parts for it.you should know that if you do decide to alter the carburetor settings that it will not run properly,it is set to run like it is (stock) and with out doing any engine mods to the scooter it will run poor.that being said,if i were you i would just keep it maintained and ride it,and it will last years to come.
